Is there a standard size for big handle bar grips?

There is a standard size for the ID of handlebar grips and for the life of me I can't remember....13/16 I think? As far as OD....OURY makes the fattest grip that I know of

1/2" schedule 40 is just about perfect for a grab bar. Thats what I use.
