Buddy list feature added

I added the Buddy List feature. No reason why, had nothing better to do I guess. ;D Not sure what it does either, but if you go into another user's profile you can "add them to buddy list" I do believe.

Instead of doing something useful you do a buddy list. You should of called it a Tarzan list
