bumpers and sliders

does any one have any good ideas on some bumpers front and rear and sliders for a 90 toyota pickup ext cab 4wd like what to make them out of im kinda lost in how many ideas and variations there are on what you can create what would you guys recomend it to be made out of and does any one have any pics of what they have done i dont think im going to run a winch anytime soon and i just want some bumpers that are not to fancy andand that are good and strong an can have some d ring haning off them and some with the sliders good and strong but we will see what you guys think thanks for all the help you guys can give just though some stuff out there im open to anything

Here's what I built for my 85, not going be able to do exactly like this unless you're also going to bob the bed up to the end of the rails (next on the list of stuff to do). It's 2x5x.250 tube with 3x1/2" mounts poked through the tube to mount my shackles to. The flat stock is slid into the inside of the frame bolted on through the stock bumper mount holes in the frame. Oh yeah, it's HEAVY, but it's going to take something big to do any damage to it.
