caliper locks up

95 4 runner-

ocationaly when cold , the first few times i come to a stop, the right front caliper wants to lock up.

any insider thoughts? wondering if its got any thing to do with the prop valve and that funky dual line set up?

i dont have a ton of time to work on it, the motor in the jeep blew, so this is currently our only rig. ill prob pull it apart tomorow to take a closer look. peeking thru the wheel, it looks like pads are good..

Get two new front calipers. Change your brake fluid too.
