Just dinkin around. Nothing hardcore. The gate to the towers at the peak was open so we checked it out since it isn't often open. The view in the daylight is bitchen. :cool: You can see Mt. Rainer, Adams, and St Helens on on side, the Olympics on the other, and the Satsop nuke cooling towers on the other.

Then we went to the gavel pit behind camp Wideken and played around.

Poohbair, that's JRGaylor's rig, I think it's a '91, he's done a lot of work to it, and that thing will go almost anywhere.

To be honest, the Peak is about the #1 thing I miss in Olympia, LOTS of good times up there.

Ok, the Peak and Happy Terriyaki. :D
 
yeah there are some great views up there at the towers, I just hate going up there(espsecially on the main lines) because of the amount of stock or 2 wheel drive vehicles that are always stuck in the ditch and or blocking the road. Looks like you guys had a good time though.
