Here's my newest project. 81 yamaha chappy lb50.

Plan is a complete restoration. Want to putt around some trails on it and have a bike for my daughter to grow up and learn on. I have no idea if it runs yet but I figured I'd start by repainting the frame and going from there.

As of tonight I got the frame stripped bare, sandblasted, and repainted to match my 79 travette motorhome. Left my phone at home so I didn't get any pics. A few new parts are trickling in as well.

Pretty much reassembled. Need new plastics and some odds and ends yet.

Once its a solid running machine, I will build a Mount to haul it on this.



Hence the color choice. I'm Hoping I can find a way to front mount it without cutting too much bumper out because that would be :beer::awesomework:

Got her fired up today. Seems to run pretty good. Time to start throwing more money at it to make it rideable and look like new again.
