Thanks to The's wife, I was able to get a 12k Badlands winch for $350ish which is way overkill for my Toyota, but a heck of a deal for what I need.

Yeah I did intend to buy the 12k for mine, but at the time it was $30 difference between the 9k and 12k so I pulled the trigger on the bigger one because I could.
