Sold/Expired Chevy Dana 60, 4.88 Limited Slip, Artec Truss & High Steer - $1,350 to $1,700

Bought this AS IS a couple months ago and have decided to let it go to free up some cash.

Front is Chevy king pin Dana 60 with 4.88 gears and Trac-Lok limited slip. Has Artec high steer and front truss with hydro mount and Warn lockouts. Artec parts were $650 alone. Original spring perches and shock mounts are still in place. Roughly 68.75" WMS.

Again, I have not personally done any work to this axle, it is exactly as I bought it. Everything looks to be in good condition and there are no known issues.

$1,800 cash.

If you decide to split them up, let me know. That D60 would be a perfect fit to match my 14-bolt with 4.88s.

I'm game for splitting them if the price is right. Obviously the 60 is the bulk of the value.

$1,800 sound fair? There's $646 just in Artec parts on it.

Kind of surprised I still have these, thought $2,300 was a pretty good deal when I bought them.

You and me both the amount of guys I know complain about there 14 bolts for one reason or another i'am still scratching my head why some one hasn't scooped these up

I agree the price is fair for what you've got. I spent a good bit more than that on my d60 that I picked up for $800. By the time I had cleaned it up, replaced some bearings, 35spline outers, slugs, locker, brakes, and every other thing that nickles and dimes you to death, I had an easy $3k in just the front.

In hindsight, I'd buy one like this in a second vs a cheaper stock axle.

Price drop to $2,200 and that's bottom dollar. There's $650 just in Artec parts on the front axle.

Meant to respond to this earlier. I don't think this is an unfair price, it just also has a lot of stuff I won't end up using on it. I want a 60, but am not going full hydro so the setup would just be excess for my needs.

That's kind of where I was with it. I was considering going full hydro or cutting off the truss but figured why bother, someone will want it as is or will modify as needed. Just not me at this point.

Would really love to sell this before heading to EJS on the 23rd. I can deliver on my way out to Moab if that helps motivate anyone. Going through Denver to pick up a rig so I'll be on 70 most of the way.

Also, if anyone wanted to trade me straight up for a nice newer bumper pull car hauler I'd be up for that too if i don't buy one first.

Willing to sell without arms, hubs, shafts, etc if you want the price to go down. We'll work something out based on exact wants.

Take off $200 for arms, $100 for shafts, $50 for hubs.
