I've not been watching the market that closely, but it seems like the market is in a weird place. Seems like things less than $10k and greater than $25k sell quick. Everything between those amounts is hit or miss.

I've got my 1 ton Cherokee for sale too and haven't hardly had any hits. Put it up for trade and have had a few offers but nothing close to actual value.
