Comp Cut

Anybody comp cut there tj's if so got any pics. Looking for a way to cut it down alittle but remain legal

What size tires are you going to be running and how much wheelbase stretch are you looking at? It looks silly to "comp cut" if you have nothing to fill up the area you cut out, IMO.

eventually I'll go with comp cut. I have the body damage to support the idea to the wife. Might comp cut first then stretch the wheel base and slap in a fuel cell.

prob wont go bigger than 35's don't know if i want the stretch or just the slimmed down rear end

IMO, don't do it for 35" tires. It will look ridiculous. Even with 37's, mine didn't look proportional so I went with the 40's.

Theres no reason to comp cut unless your stretching the wheelbase in the rear. It would look :rb: to comp cut with 35s and retain the stock WB.

I cut my fenders up back when it had 38" TSL's...it was the only way they were going to clear.

My heep with 35's years ago...no rubbage using TJ flares and a 1" body lift.
