I would have used the tazer. that would have shut the both of them up reall quick. But i think it was justified.

i think the cop was an ASSHOLE to even bother her in the first place or to be bothering the first guy he was trying to arrest for jaywalking.

so with that all said i believe we as a people have the right to police our police departments policys as to what thier prioritys are and jaywalking is not one of them.:flipoff:

I hate when punks jaywalk when i'm driving down the street and there is a crosswalk to use 20 feet away. that's what they were meant to be used for right? cop was just doing his job.

First off you can't be (rightfully) arested for simply J walking. When the two girls became physical it became more serious and they got the cuffs......Only thing I don't understand is why the first girl wasn't face down eating pavement before the second girl even got involved....It should have gone like this....Pull out tazer and fire. While she's on the ground doing the funky chickes pull out revolver...Bang! Bang! Bang! "Stop or I'll shoot!"......
Or the cop could just use the back of his hand more and he'd gain some street credibility.:awesomework:

well pal you have never been on MLK and had to stop while a bunch of black kids saunter across the road given you the evil eye.. it is a problem there
for many reasons.
 
I would have fired two waring shots in the air and Asked everyone to step back politely. Then if the girls were not settling down by then I would have capped each one in the knee forcing them to obey if they were still coming towards me in an attacking manner or resisting arrest. The cop took forever to get them cuffed because he was not strong enough to apprehend the subject. He was a ***** but I am still on his side. In the cuffing scenario, I would have just choked the *****es out. I would be a terrible cop because the suspects would always be dead or unconscious after dealing with me. I just refuse to be a victim.

I feel much better now.

No Sir, never a warning shot!!!!

If it comes off safe it's all or nothing, two to the chest and one to the head. If I'm not mistaken and Totalled will correct me if I'm wrong, there isn't a police dept. in the country that allows warning shots. If you have to squeeze the trigger it is to defeat the threat...period. Otherwise leave it in the holster (or slung)
