we had a similar thing happen one of our subs a few years back. college kid on drugs climbed on top of a 46kv transformer and pissed in the high side bushing. he lived for 3 days in a burn center(how i don't know because they had to scrap him off the pot) before he died. boy am i glad i wasn't on call!!
