RCV OFFERS CRYO TREATMENT
I wanted to let Hardline know we offer cryo treatment for all types of ring gears. We have done them for different applications with some great success; wheelers, mud bogs, pulling trucks/tractors.
I am not saying we can turn a Dana 30 into a rock bouncer axle, but we can improve its performance.
For $250 plus shipping we would get this service done in about 10 days, no warranty.
Please give us a call 815-877-7473 if we can help you out with this.

We can process all ferrous materials. If you have something unusual give us a call and we will figure it out.

Awesome. So, let's say a fella has a toyota with mini truck axles. What's the benefits of having this treatment done to he ring gear ? Would you venture out to say you could safely run (1) tire size larger ?

If you break a ring gear with your current setup every time our this could increase run time to every 4 times out. You could increase tire size, this does increase how strong this is, but doesn't make the product bulletproof.

I've seen a mini truck axle stand up to 39 iroks with heat treated and cryo'd r&p's spools and longfields aka rcv's :dblthumb:

30% strength increase is what Bobby Long used to claim

Any idea if this will void the warranty a product already carries?

For instance G2's 10yr warranty on RnP?

I would agree with the 30% stronger. I went from smashing ring and pinions each trip to keeping one long enough in the front to bust a center pin. I did end up busting the rear pinion at the same time as the center ping.

Definitely worth the money IMO. I had longfield do 3 sets I believe.

References to prices removed. It is up to the vender to set their prices. It is up to us to decide if it is worth the money.

My old Blue buggy ran a Dana 60 up front and the shafts and CTM joints were cryoe'd and they lasted a good 5+ years before I sold the buggy and it was still running them at that time. If any of ya'll knew that buggy, that 383 was put to use and they never gave up. I BELIEVE IN CRYO TREATMENT :dblthumb:
