Sold/Expired Cut 40/16R17 LTBs SOLD

Four 40" LTBs, all cut. Tires have about a dozen rides on them. No leaks, no plugs. Sidewalks have normal cuts from rock crawling but no cords showing anywhere. Lugs have normal chunking. Tires are sold.

I hate to bother you with this, because I personally have no use for 17s, but If you get a chance, would you be nice enough to get an actual width and height measurement of these tires.... I've been eyeing a set for a while and was wondering what they really spec out to...

I've heard the 40s run true, but having had a brand new set of 38x12.5x15 tsl measure out to 36 7/8 aired up to 20 lbs on a 8in rim, I don't trust hearsay or published sizes anymore
