Sold/Expired Cut 44 TSL'S and Bead Locks

I have four 15' cut tsl's and bead locks. One has been vulcanized, one has a plug in it, and at one time all of them had tubes (dont know why). Took two tubes out, welded holes and they hold air just fine.
