Does anybody know of a machine shop in central Washington (Yakima) that can cut and re-spline a D44 shaft? i have found a few places out of state like Curry, but then i have to pay freight both ways. any help would be appreciated.

I had Jesse at Olympic 4x4 get mine splined. it was $75.00 for both sides. Mine were 1-5/8" D60-35 spline blanks splined to 14b-30 spline.

How soon are you looking to get them done? I have all the tooling to do them, and I have done splining in the past, but I have a fair amount of work I need to do to get set up to do it. My schedule is extremely tight right now so it would be a couple months before I could get to it.
