Dads cub cadet

Any small engine gurus on here, my 26 year old cub cadet 1641 took a chit last weekend, has 16 horse briggs. Looking do do a rebuild.
Or possibly a 22 horse predator conversion, my pto for the deck is electric, and output shaft on engine is 1.125", and predator is 1". Anyone have anything to help, and I have searched
