Sold/Expired Dana 300 HD springs

Anyone have some HD shift springs laying around? I know I can get them through JB but it's $20 for shipping the damn things. Rather pay someone on here for the parts and reasonable shipping. Or....any ideas of vendors who may carry them in stock?

I read about it a little but there is conflicting info. Some say it works, some say you still need "stiffer" springs, some say add 1 washer, 2 washers, add a detent ball above and below the spring, etc....
