Dana 44 steering ?

I have a dana 44 on my buggy out of a 77 ford and where you bolt the tie rod it is straight out in the middle of the knuckle and I bend it every time I go wheelin is there any other kind of knuckle that puts this on top?

Build a stronger tie-rod, or run high steer. I'm not familiar with the ford d44 knuckles if they had factory flat tops (I presume there are). You could also buy a set from Reid.

x2 Swapping the ford knuckle for a chevy knuckle . the passenger side knuckle will need to be milled&drilled for high steer but well worth it.

Driver side came that way but the pass side would need to be taped or whatever they do to em never had anything with high steer always seen the **** break but I'd sell these 50.00
