Sold/Expired DANA 60 STEERING KNUCKLE

Anybody got one they would sell? Its a chevy passenger side. I broke the bolts on the hi-steer & cant get 1 of them out. Neither could the machine shop.

drill and tap? just use a bigger bolt

I just got it back & gonna try. I drilled it about half way & then tried a left handed bit to see if it would back it out & it wouldnt drill it & hardened it somehow to where my other kobalt bits wont drill it at all any more & the machine shop said they couldnt drill it. Makes no sence to me as easy as the others drilled & I didnt break anything off in it.

Start with smaller bits, get the hole through, then start stepping up in size.

I have two kingpin Chevy 60 knuckles. I am in Florence Al

I appreciate the offers but I got it back to the shop & somehow it had something broke off in it or just a hard spot in the center. I was able to drill 4 small holes around it & beat the center out with a punch. Then cut it into 4 pieces & drive them out with a punch. Ran a tap through it & good to go. Thanks anyhow.

Now would be a good time to drill and tap them out to 3/4 fine thread.
