Since this thread is now all ****wrecked I will say this:

I have always thought that there would be some really high bathroom scale squeeze results from the members of this site because of the various manual labor performed by it's members (fabricator, welder, mechanic, land scaping, etc.) Plus the fact that HL has more 6 foot plus guys per capita than any forum I have ever been around.... there are multiple 6'8"- 6'10" guys on here..... but with that being said, 300 lbs is a **** ton of force to clamp a scale with (the world record is in the 370 range last time I heard)... I am curious as to what others are capable of

I just squeezed 216. I weigh 145lbs and I'm 5 6".
I tried again after being outside for 10 minutes and my hands were slick, could only get 178 after that
Yes my scale is in the garage because I weighed the 4 corners of my rig to tune my suspension 3 years ago. Lol

I would never even think of squeezing a bathroom scale. Do you do it one-handed or two?

Rules:

1) Two hands, arms straight or near straightish.....
2) Absolutely no adjusting the calibration for false readings. No one likes a cheater


most scales go to 320... which I could do easily 10 years ago, had I have how abnormal that was at the time I may have continued to work out and trained so that I could have said I was at least good at something, but oh well....
