it has a tennessee ***le and tags. we do drive it on the street, but it has pinion brakes so you have to keep that in mind. will run 55 no problem. i have a boat load of goodies to go with it. 24 volt military impact, ready welder, have most of the stuff to convert steering to hydralic, extra injection pump.
