disc brakes

I recently bought the rear disc brake kit from ORD and the 16" braided brake lines. Who has installed this kit before? I got everything hooked up but i was confused on the brake lines, the part bolted to the caliper is all good but the other end is huge. What part number do i need to use ORD brake lines with my stock splitter?

Here is how I do all my disc lines. These hoses are 10" long and go into the shortened factory steel lines. They attach to the axle with a small welded tab and a u-clip.
