Does a title sign over have to be notorized in AL?

Im a car dealer, no it does'nt have to be, if its to one person to another, the best thing to do without screwing things up is, whoevers name is on front have them sign and print exactly the way it is on front on the back upper right corner where it says seller, place to sign, and place to print, then LEAVE it alone, get a bill of sale saying they sold whatever to you for whatever price, thats all you got to have to tag it or whatever

Not sure about things down in AL, but when I sold my jeep to the guy from North Carolina, local Registration office recommended getting the guy to sign the title immediately and me getting a copy of it in order to cover my ass. One year later and he still hasn't registered it over there but keeps driving it whenever he wants.
