Does this trail have a name?

After 3-step, just as you take that last right turn to head to PoopChute, there is a trail that heads to the left. Starts off with a concrete slab or broken rock of some sort with a log running acrosses it.

I tried it out lastnight, got most the way up until I couldn't see where it came out at and then turned around.

Anyways, was wondering if it had a name? Broke my friends winch, destroyed a wheel, punctured a tire and his alignment is off. I just wanted to be able to tell him it had a name

And what your describing sounds like a "user made" road the goes back up to the main road that heads up to the mine.

It's nothing and not on the map. I mean, it's nothing that you can do.......too steep. If it was passable, it would go to a main gravel road. Kind of pointless really......just confuses the true trail route for newbs.

It was only too steep the last 25 feet or so. There was traffic that passed right by on the FS road but without making a new trail or using the winch across the roadway at night we didn't see another way around.

Up to that point it looked well traveled, but we figured it best just to turn around.
