Was anyone out at Elbe today?

Just wondered how the busy was. We have some guys that are past the expected return time, which is of course EXPECTED for the busy. Wondering if anyone new anything about any one breaking down or what conditions were like up there.

They're not in cell range yet as I've tried calling them all but wives will be starting to call soon wondering if I know anything.

So, anyone been out to Elbe today?

Nope, the wives and parents are calling now...

There's no kids out there that I know of and everyone is very well equipped. They are about 5 hours overdue at this point.

They just got out.

Tons' O snow. Yotakid broke 3 birfields which obviously slowed things down a little. Cameron no longer has a straight panel on his Toy pickup. JR Gaylor took out his rear window.

Yotakid's winch also gave out, so 2wd and no winch makes for a long day.

I guess his tow rig and trailer also went off the road getting to the campground and they had to haul all that back up onto the road as well.

From what I've told, they've got a couple HUNDRED pictures.... They just got into cell range a couple of minutes ago.

That was a long day on a short trail.. But lots of fun. Jaydogs TJ with team J did awesome, and didnt break anything, but did do alot of winching..

GOOD TIMES :awesomework: I love the Busy this time of year, the funniest part of the whole day, I think, was when I accidently bumped a tree that JR was standing under and it dumped a couple feet of snow on him :haha: :haha: :haha:

Those atv tracks in the first picture were from me and a friend. We rode up there from my house on friday but encountered deeper snow then expected on the way. By the time we got there we didnt have enough fuel to play on the trails and had to return home. When we got there there was one set of swamper tracks at the campground, but no tracks whatsoever on the trails. Thought about runing down to ashford to fuel up, but it would have been getting dark by the time we got back to the trails.

That exploder is JR Gaylor. It's being torn apart shortly to put the running gear on a bronco II chasis. He loses glass EVERY time that he runs the busy.

I dont rember his name, we meet him in the parking lot.. he ran it with us until about half way and turned around and went back with another guy comimg the other way.
