Well that was anticlimactic. I totally get it. But was hoping this was going to be a thing.

I've just been assuming the technology hasn't caught up yet.

It has. It's just expensive.

@Evcrawler : What do you think about a tesla powertrain with no transfer case, directly feeding the axles (like a transaxle buggy) ? That's been on my mind for a bit. With FIS, but that's another topic...
