Buggy is complete and has been wheeled about a dozen times. Everything works, it just has never been torn down and painted. It has headlights, tail lights, brake lights. I'm 6'-2" ~250 and the buggy is very comfortable for me and another adult. I'm very happy with the buggy I just don't have the time to wheel like I used to. I am not in a position where I have to sell.

Buggy is no longer for sale.
