Well we had a freakin blast up at Evans today...just the Zookpirate, my GMC, an XJ, and a sweet bronco!

ran 311, 198, and I will highlite the last trail we ran on the map in a sec as I cannot find a name for it but it was damn long and very very tight for my fullsize and had a lot of switchbacks near the end.

Where in AZ? You midas well cut all the sheetmetal off for down here. :redneck:

my group was either right in front of you or behind you I seen the chev sittin there with the trailer at the parking lot by the 311. Snow pack was really spotty and sucked for a rig with not that much weight in the back. we were on the trail about 9 or so and came off the198 at about 330. Guess I shouldda checked and seen who else was runnin and hooked up with you guys or somethin. Always fun to wheel with new people.

yeah....not sure what my next step is with the cab....the doors are TOAST!! I need to think of something to do about that soon. Dont want to run NO doors, i kinda like the fact that they at least are a pivot point and keep the rear of the cab from stopping any protruding roots/rocks.

and yeah you guys beat us to the trail by about an hour... we had a rig not even make it to the trail-head....dead fuel pump on the road up had to get a tow back home. So that got us there about 10:30 ish.... then a few 100 feet up 311 we ran into those stock rigs getting beat to hell!!! lol.

You made my day at Evan's... Glad you liked it up there too! now take my word 4 it... others will see what i'am about to say and warn you... Not to do it... let's go wheeling....... at see linky;

I want to know who those guys were stuck on the 311, they got pic's / video of me slamming that tree & getting my owie on the ZuK.

that fullsize didn't stay straight for long! great pics! thanks for sharing!

and i'd say go for the s10 body. if you haven't wheeled in az, it's tight in some of these washes, it's just rocks and boulders instead of trees. unless you stay on the trails in the large washes.

where you going in az, and when?
