SunFire Off-Road is looking for an experienced fabricator. We are a growing/expanding shop located in Sunman, IN (Southeast Indiana between Cincinnati, OH and Indianapolis, IN) We are in need of a full time person who has the following characteristics/skill set:
- Motivated Self Starter
- Common Sense
- Assertive and Driven
- Innovative
- Honest and Reliable
- Good Work Ethic
- Interest in 4 Wheeling/Off-Road Racing
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Drug Test
Desired for this position:
- Basic Mechanic Skills
- General Knowledge of Link Design/Suspension
- MIG Welding
- TIG Welding
- Plasma Cutting/Torching
- Tube Bending
- Notching
- Tube Rolling
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Bead Rolling
Optional:
- Machinists Skills (Ex. Lathe/Mill/Etc.)
- Have Your Own Tools
We are looking for a team oriented person that is willing to do whatever is needed and to take pride in his work and company. We are a small, self made shop that works on and builds four wheel drive vehicles of all kinds, including daily drivers, trucks, jeeps, off-road buggies, and high-end race cars. We also have a very successful new and used parts business. We're looking forward to finding the right person for both us and the specific individual!
Hourly pay rate is negotiable based on knowledge, skill set, experience, and acceleration of learning once on the job.
