Greens fighting with Greens it dosent get any better than this :haha: If we could afford the legal fees I bet we could get this judge on our side to remove the roaded sections from several wilderness areas including wildsky which dosent meet several points on criteria for being designated as wilderness.

Its still a shame that such things need to be removed though. There are better places to spend their (our) money

I can see the point about the FS breaking the rules by making improvements to the lookout, but forcing the FS to remove it (especially with equipment that's specifically not allowed in a goddamn WILDERNESS area :shaking:) just smacks of the old "two wrongs make a wronger, you idiots!"
