Dad gave $8500 for it 4-5 mos ago , I hate to think its not. If it doesn't sell for this then I'm going to sell the excurison and keep the camper.

If you want to take pics I can probably tell by them. Most class C rv's had the edpm rubber roof. Some did have aluminum sheeting or the one piece fiberglass though. All are good if taken care of. Some weather neglect better than others though.
