I think he's saying you are the builder.

And that chassis looks to be either:

A- Completely re-worked
or
B- Different chassis

I just want to jump in and vouch for the seller. He is a great guy with a very nice toy collection. I can promise any misinformation from him is not intentional and was probably the information he received when he bought the buggy.

Looks like a steal of a price with that new motor in it.

I can vouch for the seller I traded him the 4 seater for hill billy delux. I was told it was a Dibble buggy. thats where it all started. Very nice guy. Great guy to do business with. Bump for a nice rig.

I can't stand seeing these kinds of deals. The guy that started this being a Dibble built buggy when it apparently isn't, needs punched in the ****. Nice buggy, not knocking it at all, and not knocking a misinformed seller. I am knocking whoever decided it was good idea to associate a builder with a build that he apparently did not build. This happens a lot more than it should.

Nice, beefy, bigass buggy though!

The seller is a great guy I sold him my old red buggy and he was a extremely nice. Ps he has the baddest boat I have ever laid my eyes on.

I don't know Tom personally but we have several friends in common. Everything I've ever heard is he is a top notch dude. A couple honest mistakes, big deal... as for his boat, he sold this one last year... YES those are jet engines sticking out, 200mph+
