I have a lot of spares that I purchased during the build (unit bearing, suspension joints, brake lines, hardware, etc…).

All parts were brand new when built except for winch and tires.

This was a once in a life time build and no expense/time was spared. Everything was done with a high attention to detail - examples:

o Full suspension & steering travel with no binding (8 hours of packaging work to make it perfect)
o 1 off air bump mounting package front and rear
o All hardware replaced with 9/16's grade 8
o ARB air lines ran inside 3/8 rubber hose for protection
o All vent hoses replaced and routed higher in vehicle
o All electrical connections soldered and shrink wrapped
o New rotors, calipers & black hawk pads on rear axle during installation

The Jeep is super clean. Everything was stripped, wheeled, and painted when I had it torn down for the build.

It will run 90MPH down the highway with no issues.

It has not seen rain or salt since the build was finished. As you will see from the pics it looks new.

I have only driven it on the street with the exception of 1 trip to Silver Lake sand dunes in MI. It has never been in the rocks or mud (a fact that makes me sick to my stomach).

The only flaw that I know of is it has the typical side mirror cowl ding on the passenger side. (pic below)

The Jeep had a clear coat issue when new and was recalled and re-painted by Chrysler. Paint is in excellent condition.

There is a build thread on JKO which is linked here:
