Front Bumper

OK guys, as most of u know im new to 4wheelin, so i would like to hear from you guys that have been doing this for a while! I have a 04' ranger and i need to replace my front bumber, i have some channel steel to make it out of

6X2x1/4 (looks like this... [ )

i know the steel is a bit heavy but its what i got for free to work with

if YOU could make a bumper out of that steel, what are some things u would be looking for? like front trailer reciever? light? pull points?

im going to start drafting it out on autocad this week.

oh btw, the bumber is going to have a intagrated grill, i got in a crash and i sawsalled out the broken grill

Find someone who can bend tube and do it that way. Channel is for a full size rig from the 80's.
