When I had 97 blazer it had 88 fsj front axle, 95 rodeo rear, 90 s10 parts here and there. When I rolled in and told them I needed a part I usually had a part in hand to look at without numbers sometimes. They would ask what it fits, then I would point ouside and say you cant make it fit that model and ask for someone that can "look up" parts not a computer clicker. Funny enough there was a woman in that particular store that I hoped to talk with because she knows her stuff and the men are dummies.
