I get to see both sides because I work in a heavy mfg plant. Most days I would much rather spend as much time as I can on the shop floor instead of behind my desk...unfortunately that doesn't happen as much as I like.
I agree though - passive aggressive people drive me bonkers. Just say what you need to say, lets discuss like adults and get it worked out.
Don't even get me started with dealing with folks from Asia...gheesh...2 hr meeting to tell you there is something wrong with a part that could have been a 5 min conversation...but that's a cultural thing for them...all about deep seated beliefs in not offending people's honor...

Ok enough thread derail back to memes!

I love working in the rain on SOME things. Summer mowing, scrapping, pretty much anything that has me in the sun on a 90°+ day. Winter rain can bring the suck, but you can't lay out of work because your vagina is afraid to get wet. Can't be afraid of a little liquid sunshine.

My question is, what stupid mother****er looked at two chicks asses and thought about car brands? Especially an ass as superb as that one. That sumbitch needs to have their testosterone checked.
