So this would not get the job done at the King of the Hammers or Baja. Me and rebecca, Freddy, Tiny, and Cory Young made a night run to Copper Creek road past Elbe for some snow action. well we were bombin up to the top and the other guys got stuck behind us. We kept going a bit longer. Like a 1/4 mile and got to the left hand turn around.. Sitting there idling with the dogs running around tied together cause Jersey the bulldog will take off.. Blaaagghhh the runner sputters and dies.. First thing comes to mind wow I really should have filled up before we left..LOL.. Well I had 60 gallons or so at the truck.. 4 MILES AWAY IN SNOW! sO WE GOT TO WALKING with a marginal flashlight and two doggies trippin us. Cory and Barb came up the hill after us but their Jeep only went about a mile. We went to the bottom and they were loading up so we filled a water jug up and away we went. After another 3 mile walk up with Cory we fueled up and were on our way again.. Moral is check the fuel EVERYTIME!.. It actually fealt like you could die out there. Thanks Cory/Barb for being a good friends... The only kind I got!
