GAP - ECORS Race 2 - May 3-4, 2013

John has changed the tabletop somewhat, he made the approach longer and less of an angle. Now it's like a big ramp!

JJ just suck it up and come on. We will need some help in the pits Saturday. Now you have another reason to go.

Waiting on some parts to arrive for the buggy. They are supposed to be here today. If they arrive I'll be there Sat. morning. Got to leave Sat. night though.

Rob has posted on facebook today that the B and C class rigs will be running the Ledge of Faith in the race!

Uhhh. Has he changed it any?

The middle section on the top has been changed slightly-the last layer was tilted forward so that most of the longer wheelbase rigs don't bottom out so bad. The sides are the same. Doubt the middle will be any easier though, it may be harder.

It will be real interesting with the mud at the bottom, wish I could be there to watch it.

*running down it.

That makes more sense. I don't see any b class rigs going up it.

Marc broke an axle and spent a good portion of the night fixing it. It had to have already been broken or really close to it when he got here.

We are going to adjust the schecdule a little due to the weather.

We will race RAIN or SHINE. The "meet the drivers" will not happen but the UTV race will start at 11:30am central time. We will move the Class A guys to 3:30 with the B/C class rigs. Other than that, everything is still as scheduled!

light steady rain in Auburn, just enough to knock the dust down

Well it looks like the b and c class guys have it pretty easy. What happened with Marc?

Broke front ring and pinion, we spent until just after midnight robbing a front diff from his old rig that Joey owns. 2 front axle tear downs and reinstalls at Franklin last night!

Thanks for getting us back on our wheels. I hate mud.
