Genuine Gear gears..

Not up on the current quality of all the gear brands out there... but I know some of you are :redneck:


I got a guy willing to trade me a set of new, in the box Genuine Gear (or G2) D60 5.38 gears. Good? Bad? Ugly?

Quality gears I should have no problem with? or cheap junk I should avoid? These will be going in either the front or the rear of a V8 buggy with a doubler, auto and 39's.

edit: follow up question. If I go through with this deal I'll have one used set of gears and one new set. If one had a choice, would they put the new set in the front or the back, or does it really even matter?

no, I think that was the D44 4.56's in my blue scout. This time I actually have something I'll be putting all this stuff into

What do you think, strait trade a set of Yukon 14B 5.38's for a set of Genuine D60 5.38's......
