^^^This is about all you need! There have been a ton of changes in my life (mainly at work), plus my wife and I and some friends in the midst of starting a ministry, plus raising two boys, coupled with the fact and I am absolutely the worlds worst at getting distracted (ended up on hardline waiting on a phonecall and been here for 20 minutes) makes some days difficult. I understand your running philosophy, my wife does the same thing. I'm not sure of your views on Faith and God, but the verse I have been running to lately and for a long time is this Matthew 11:28-30 "Come unto me all who are weary and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." I try to keep that verse in my heart and it really helps me return to center. I do that and also go somewhere and just do a balls out full throttle assault on something (Jeep, fourwheeler, jet ski, truck in the field). Since I gave up drinking speed is how I blow off steam and Jesus is how I keep my cool!
