I've been contemplating on two brands of gooseneck hitches for my 2011 F-350.

1: B&W turnover ball http://www.turnoverball.com/
2: BLUE OX diamond hitch http://www.blueox.com/

Anyone have any experience with Blue OX or B&W?

What I don't want to do is drill in my frame. Both look like no drill installs. Any one on here install either one, thoughts, likes, or dislikes?

Background info:

So I need to put a gooseneck hitch on my 2011 F-350. Unfortunately, the only option I didn't get was the factory gooseneck prep package. I figured the factory gooseneck (REESE BRAND) was rated less than comparable aftermarket brands, and I would pick one up at a later time.

Personally I'd go with reese rails and a gooseneck plate. That way you can pull the plate and have a basically flat floor and a 5th wheel hitch drops right into the rails.

I have had the B&W in two different pickups and it works great. I have a fifthweel and gooseneck trailer I pull and the companion works great. I too have worried about the release/locking handle but havent had any problems. I like the fact that I can have a nice flat clean bed when not in use. I have had ones with the rails in the bed before and they always were a pain in the ass.

I never had any issues with my B&W, but it sounds like I have the newer style from the above post. It was nice having the bed clean when I flipped the ball over. I'll never go rails. My Dad has them on his 05 dually (Only because the companion setup isn't rated high enough for his trailer) and it's annoying working around those things.
