Sold/Expired Got a diesel tow rig?

We bought two 05 f550 at the same time. 104k for both trucks. Sold one with 28 k mies that had been back to fords shop 12 times. The other one we kept. Bad mistake. Ford put two sets heads, we done deletes and new head bolts to try and make it live. It went nearly 500 miles! I'm interested in 6.0 that will live, if you not recommend that, than I would switch to a 7.3, if trans and harness will work. We've had good luck with 7.3. I live in Sparta tn.thanks.
