I definitely don't have a dog in the fight but with the growing popularity of certain axles, I wouldn't necessarily consider it a mismatched set. I honestly couldn't say what I would've gave for the wheels but hub conversions take some time and I'm sure not needing to do that would be worth a little extra to someone looking for used wheels. That is all.
