Yeah, I am not a fan of backing up on my side. This was like the 2-3rd trip with my buggy but I was very close to making that ledge which is the FIRST major bump in that road.... ;D

. IT's all about commitment from the bottom. Hell, I've made it that far with suck ass iroks. From what I've seen you got to high side the right of that ledge and never let off. You got to want that hill.

YES..........at the top you turn LEFT & it goes to trail 12 right past UPPER DAMNATION ............SUPPOSEDLY...... :dunno:

I have not went up it yet to find out :

I said I was close to making the first obstacle brad, I know it is harder at it goes. :flipoff1:

Greg Stone climbed it and had to come back down it as there was no where to go. He is the only one I have heard of making it. Locals say some others have been up, but I am not sure there is vids or pics of anyone making it.

Speaking of hills that nobody climbs, how about Upper Damnation. They say it will kill the pass side of your rig so nobody does it...

OK.........I have heard you have to drive thru the weeds for the exit...........since NOBODY ever hardly makes it up , but the WAY OUT could be fully grown over !!

That big ass HOLE bout half way up UPPER DAMNATION definantly is HELL on the right side of a rig, I have never climbed it either :

But thats one COOL thing about HARLAN TRAILS......stuff thats.....EASY & FUN.... HARD.....VERY HARD.....HOLY **** I CAN,T BELIEVE I MADE IT............and then some IMPOSSIBLE STUFF

we had a guy try upper damnation last fall...made it up to the big rock and damn near rolled it back down the hill.....next guy tried, his steering pump went out at the same spot, with his rear tires turned.....it was a cluster fawk getting that thing down! :****:

I tryed upper damnation couple years ago. It definitly will smash in the side of your ride. It caved my passenger side bar in about 3". :****: I probably wouldn't have hit it so hard if it wasn't at night. Didn't even realize the damage till the next day.
