Header inserts??

Is anyone using them dynatech header inserts or know of a good one to try? I just
hate to spend 80$ a piece if there not really going to tone it down any.

I'm useless here but my new buggy Build has them in the headers and I'm curious to know what they will sound like also. Mine are going on a 5.3ls
