Some of y'all know me from Georgia Trail Runners. I started working on this buggy a little over 2 years ago and haven't touched it since, well I've gotten the bug again and hoping to finish it out.

Here's the transposed post from GTR.

Specs:

Yota Axles
My old 36" Iroks until I can afford 39" Iroks
'02 Toyota Celica FWD 1.8L (with 140 HP, double what Billy has!)
5 Speed manual transverse axle. 4.2 first gear x 4.1 final gear x 4.38 axle gear = 75:1 crawl ratio
96" wheelbase, might stretch to 100"
18" belly height
64" cage height
Hopefully lighter than a fart bubble.

Please give criticisms 8)

A little bit of work done tonight

Picked up another set of Yotas from Justin (thank you)

Got ripped off by Justin, bc of carrier is no good (Just kidding man, Like I said these were just for spare parts so I really don't care 8) )

What causes that anyway? Obviously it's from the gears, but the gears were tight in the axle. Maybe they had been replaced? After seeing this I looked on the one I picked up from Big Mike and it was the same, just not nearly as bad

Got the front axle from Big Mike stripped down

Little more progress, Front axle is assembled, just needs primer and paint.

Someone requested that I transfer this picture as well it stemmed from an argument on how I would see over and engine which was beside me.

Not as good as Walker's, but Hopefully it'll get the point across
