HELP! Front end not pulling..

Pulled the front end apart today and it seems the ring gear is missing some teeth...anyone have some spares laying around? Can I just weld them back on and grind down?

...and I will send your money now Nick. Was waiting to hear if you had any extra fj80 drive flange dust caps laying around to send with the rearend bolts and I was gonna toss in a few extra bucks.
