Hendrix Formula Toyota chassis #003, ***le as a 1981 toyota pick up
HREW lower with DOM upper tubes replaced 2 years ago. Rear half repalced last year when I added a back seat.
Wheelbase is 106", Belly is 25 ", Overall Height is 75 ½ "
Engine- Stock 22RE
Transmission and T-cases- 5spd toy transmission, dual cases with lower gears(4.7) in the rear case. Custom cross member, Measures ½†below the frame. Not quite flat belly but almost.
Front Axle- Toyota front with full gusset job, ARB with 48 gears, Longfield 30 spline axles, Marlin High Steer arms, upgraded Knuckle Studs and Hub stubs w/ extra dowel pins. Trail Gear Drive flanges with two runs on them. 2†spacers
Rear Axle- Toyota 8 inch with Fresh 48 gears (3 runs on them) and spooled, Diff protection, Poly performance alloy shafts that are showing slight wear, 2†spacers.
Front Suspension-Trail Gear 5" Leaf springs, 14†Bilstein 5125 shocks.
Rear Suspension-Trail Gear 5†springs, currently with 2 leaves removed. Inboarded mounts. Trail Gear style traction bar, 14†Bilstein 14†5125 shocks.
Steering- Stock Toyota power steering pump into a Trail Gear IFS box, Trail Gear Ram Assist, Front mounted Cooler.
Controls- CNC Brake master cylinder, CNC clutch master cylinder
Tires and wheels- Well broken in 37" Red Label BFG Krawlers (no plugs) on 17†Allied Beadlocks.
Extras- Large APC seats(rough shape but still comfy), DJ Safety 5-point harnesses, Yellow top optima, Steel and aluminum floors, 1/8" Steel roof and Hinged Hood, steering wheel disconnect, used 37" IROCK spare on steel wheel , Tmax 9000 with Winchline Synthetic rope with safety thimble and fairlead. OBA Viair 400C compressor with 2 gallon tank plumbed into the ARB with regulator and hose. High Lift jack with removable mount. 4 55 watt tractor style rock lights and 2 100 watt tractor style headlamps.
Safety- Currently meets all 2008 WE Rock safety rules for the Formula Toy Class and 2009 Calrocs stock mod class. (Just drop down to 35†tires for the Calrocs class) Full firewall, Fuel line shut offs, Master power disconnect, , Catch cans on everything.
Only selling to go bigger. I have went every where I wanted to with this rig. I love it.
