Hi steer arm drilling / near Lenoir City TN

Does anyone know of a place that can drill these arms in / near Lenoir City TN?

I need the regular holes drilled for the tie rod...7/8ths, and also need another 7/8ths hole in the arm plus the OE tapered tie rod hole in the knuckle drilled out to 7/8ths. I've called a few "machine shops" in my area but "they don't do that stuff".

Short of me buying a 100+ dollar drill press and 40$ drill bit to use this one time....and then let sit in space I don't have, what are my other options around here?
